The Ministry of Education announced the second batch of national first-class undergraduate courses recently, with a total of 5750 courses recognized, including 1095 online first-class courses, 472 virtual simulation experiment teaching first-class courses, 1800 online and offline hybrid first-class courses, 2076 offline first-class courses, and 307 social practice first-class courses. A total of 467 courses were selected in Jiangsu. This is the second batch of national first-class undergraduate courses launched by the Ministry of Education since the implementation of the "Double Ten Thousand Plan" for the creation of first-class undergraduate courses in April 2019 with the aim to promote and strengthen first-class majors and cultivate first-class talents in undergraduate education. Currently, the number of national first-class courses has exceeded ten thousand.
