The appointment ceremony of the Jiangsu Literature and Art "Famous Teachers and Apprentices Program" from 2022 to 2025 was held Wednesday at the Jiangsu Grand Theater. The implementation of the Jiangsu Literature and Art "Famous Masters and Apprentices Plan" is an important project for Jiangsu to promote the construction of a strong cultural province and a highland for creating high-quality literary and artistic works. It is also an important measure to promote the high-quality development of cultural talents in Jiangsu.

This plan, which is run on a three-year basis, is organized and implemented by the Publicity Department of the Provincial Party Committee, and implemented by the Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the Provincial Writers" Association.
