The railway departments of China and Laos started Tuesday morning to sell international passenger train tickets for the two-way international passenger trains to be operated from April 13th between Kunming City in Yunnan Province, China and Vientiane City in Laos.

The international passenger trains on the China-Laos Railway start at dawn and arrive at dusk, with one train running in both directions every day and stopping at eight stations including Kunming South, Pu"er, Wanrong, and Vientiane.The entire travel time, including the clearance time at the railway port, is 10 hours and 30 minutes.
