When inspecting the ecological wetlands and green corridors along the Yangtze River in Taizhou, as well as the ecological protection situation in Tianxingzhou, Xin Changxing required firm confidence and determination to prioritize ecological and green development with a high degree of strategic determination.

The provincial party chief inquired about the development and evolution of the rape flower landscape and hoped that the local government would cherish this precious wealth, protect agricultural civilization, develop rural tourism, better showcase the unique charm of water towns, and promote people"s income growth and prosperity."

During the inspection of two villages in Xinghua City, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee inquired about the situation of grassroots party building and rural governance, and demanded that local party committees and governments must adhere to party building to promote rural revitalization, inherit historical and cultural heritage, develop characteristic industries, and provide more benefits to the people.
When inspecting the former site of the birthplace of the Chinese People"s Liberation Army Navy at Baima Temple, Xin Changxing said that over the past 70 years, the People"s Navy has witnessed great achievements to become a sea powerhouse, so that the Taizhou government must make good use of red resources, inherit red genes, educate cadres, the people, and young people to bravely shoulder their missions, ride the wind and waves, and set sail on a new journey.
During a visit to the Mei Lanfang Memorial Hall, Xin Changxing inquired about the legendary life and artistic achievements of Mei Lanfang, a famous Peking Opera master, and demanded that local governments strengthen cultural confidence, inherit excellent traditional Chinese culture, and enhance the spiritual power to achieve national rejuvenation.
During his inspection tour to Taizhou, Xin Changxing also presided over a symposium to request the local officials to enhance their political stance and promote party building for high quality development.
